Our dedicated team of staff work ensure that when a new resident joins our home that they receive the room which is ideally suited to their needs. We want each of our residents to feel at home, for this reason, where feasible we invite residents to bring along any furniture or personal belongings that will make their stay with us more homely.

The Cottages
Within the grounds of Fairfield House there are three beautifully furnished private cottages with exquisite views of the famous Lyme Regis coastline as well as the homes hand reared gardens. Each individual cottage has a spacious bathroom with a large sit down shower inside. The bedroom area is furnished with a single bed, wardrobe and chest of draws. The lounge, complete with a television point area is spacious and contains a sink and storage area. Leading out from the lounge residents of the cottages can enjoy their very own private shaded patio area overlooking the sea from here they are just a short walk from the main home itself where residents can enjoy a meal with friends or explore the grounds and stunning views over the bay.

The Coastline Suite
With arguably the most impressive views in the home, The Coastline Suite is situated on the upper level of the home and looks out over the whole of Lyme Regis and Lyme Bay. Each room is tastefully decorated in a light and modern style and comes furnished with a comfortable single bed, wardrobe and armchair. Two of the rooms in the Coastline Suite have their own very spacious private balconies, again with beautiful views overlooking the Coastline and Bay. The upper level of the home is easily accessible to all residents via the use of the lift, the wide hallways and stair cases make it easy to get around.

The Lyme Bay Suite
The newer extension of Fairfield House was added in 1990, in keeping with the rest of this beautifully converted early Victorian mansion, the extension has 10 single rooms, each of which has its own private en-suite bathroom. The room itself is furnished with a single bed, comfortable armchair, dressing table with mirror and a built in wardrobe. This suite of rooms gains its name from the breathtaking views over the bay and Cobb, each resident can enjoy this view by stepping through the French doors at the end of the room and onto the private patio area, complete with their own bench residents can enjoy an evening sunset from the patio or the comfort of their own room.

The Cobb Suite
The Cobb suite is situated on the ground floor of Fairfield House; currently there are 5 beautifully decorated single rooms in this suite. We are however currently in the process of converting these rooms into four single bedrooms each with their own private en-suite bathroom to accommodate for the needs of our residents and their comfort. Each bedroom contains a single bed, comfortable armchair and wardrobe. These rooms primarily overlook the landscaped gardens situated to the side of the home; however views beyond the hedge look directly over the Lyme Regis coastline and along to the Cobb. From this suit all residents are within easy reach of the main lounges, activities room, sun room and the landscaped gardens.
