Fairfield House is located part way up the Charmouth Road out of Lyme Regis. The house is south facing and has panoramic views over Lyme Bay.

The house is situated behind a high yellow brick wall, with lions on the pillars either side of the entrance. There is ample parking in front of the house.

The house stands in its own grounds; within a pleasant garden with ramps and level walk ways. Seats are situated around the garden to take advantage of the views.

The main house has a large conservatory, serving as the main entrance to the house, with a covered balcony above, offering more terrific views across the bay.
